Introduction
Innovation is defined as "the process of making changes to something established by introducing "something new". Innovative work help a teacher to teach a lesson easily. The role of innovative work is very important in English language teaching. In order to teach
a lesson innovatively, the teacher must use a lot of pictures games and songs. In teaching learning process  the role of innovative work is very important. It makes the class very important. It makes the class interesting.Innovative work is one of th effective method for teaching difficult  lesson easily. So in Social Science 
education the role of innovative work is very helpful, useful and effective
The present innovative work  helpful  to the students to find out the layers of earth like crust, mantle, core. I would select a topic from Vlll standard unit 3 In search of Earth secrets. It will be a clear picture  about the interior of the earth. Earth is made up of many layers with different composition and physical properties. 
For making this work material required
. Car board paper
. Chart paper
. Gum
. Colour pencil
. Sktechpen
. Colour pencil
Procedure
Step1:Cut out and color the Earth coloring page.

Step 2: Cut out the first construction paper circle the same size as the Earth circle. Then, cut out the remaining four circle in gradually smaller sizes.

S 3: Glue the largest shape to the back of the Earth sheet. Then, glue the next largest shape and so on until they’re all glued.

Step 4  :Label each layer: crust, upper mantle, lower mantle, outer core and inner core.

         On 8 th February 2021, our 4th semester internship started. I got Govt GHSS Cottonhill,TVPM.as per the decision of our college authority.            On 5 th February 2021, we approached the  school for further clarifications. A group of 10 students from each optional got the Cotton hill school. We went the school and met  Headmistress of the school and  handover the attendance sheet and letter from  our college.   THE SOURCE METHOD                                          This is another activity method of teaching social sciences. According to this method, pupils are expected to bulid up historical, political, social, and economic accounts with the help of available sources, such as documents, historical accounts, biographies and inscriptions, coins, travel accounts, literature, etc. They learn how particular items of information can be gathered from such sources.
